1. kaan dard –  pyaaj pisakar uskaa ras kapade se chhaan len। phir use garam karke 4 bund kaan men daalne se kaan kaa dard samaapt ho jaataa hai।

 

 

2. daant dard -haldi evan sendhaa namak mahin pisakar, use shuddh sarson ke tel men milaakar subah-shaam manjan karne se daanton kaa dard band ho jaataa hai।3. daanton ke suraakh -kapur ko mahin pisakar daanton par ungli se lagaaan aur use malen। suraakhon ko bhali prkaar saaph kar len। phir suraakhon ke niche kapur ko kuchh samay tak dabaakar rakhne se daanton kaa dard nishchit rup se samaapt ho jaataa hai।

4. bachchon ke pet ke kide -chhote bachchon ke pet men kide hon to subah evan shaam ko pyaaj kaa ras garam karke 1 tolaa pilaane se kide avashy mar jaate hain। dhature ke patton kaa ras nikaalakar use garam karke gudaa par lagaane se chunne (laghu kriami) se aaraam ho jaataa hai।

16. mastishk ki kamjori – mehandi kaa bij athannibhar pisakar shuddh shahad ke saath pratidin 3 baar (subah, dopahar aur shaam) sevan karne se mastishk ki kamjori dur ho jaati hai aur smaran shakti thik hoti hai tathaa siradard men bhi aaraam ho jaataa hai।

17. adhakpaari kaa dard – 3 ratti kapur tathaa malyaagiri chandan ko gulaab jal ke saath ghisakar (gulaab jal ki maatraa kuchh adhik rahe) naak ke dvaaraa khinchne se adhakpaari kaa dard avashy samaapt ho jaataa hai।

18. khuni dast – 2 tolaa jaamun ki guthli ko taaje paani ke saath pis-chhaanakar, 4-5 din subah 1 gilaas pine se khuni dast band ho jaataa hai। esmen chini yaa koi any padaarth nahin milaanaa chaahia।

 

 

19. jukaam – 1 paav gaay kaa dudh garam karke usmen 12 daanaa kaalimirch evan 1 tolaa mishri- en donon ko pisakar dudh men milaakar sote samay raat ko pi len। 5 din men jukaam bilakul thik ho jaaagaa athvaa 1 tolaa mishri evan 8 daanaa kaalimirch taaje paani ke saath pisakar garam karke chaay ki tarah piyen aur 5 din tak snaan n karen।

20. mandaagni – adarak ke chhote-chhote tukade karke nimbu ke ras men daalakar aur naammaatr kaa sendhaa namak milaakar shishe ke bartan men rakh den। 5-7 tukade nity bhojan ke saath sevan karen, mandaagni dur ho jaaagi।

21. udar vikaar – ajvaaen, kaalimirch evan sendhaa namak- en tinon ko ek men hi milaakar churn banaa len। ye tinon baraabar maatraa men hone chaahia। es churn ko pratidin niyamit rup se raat ko sote samay garam jal ke saath sevan karne se (maatraa athannibhar) sabhi prkaar ke udar rog dur ho jaate hain।

22. motaapaa dur karnaa – 1 nimbu kaa ras 1 gilaas jal men pratidin khaali pet pine se motaapaa dur ho jaataa hai। aisaa 3 mahine tak nirantar karnaa chaahia। garmi evan barsaat ke dinon men yah pryog vishesh laabhdaayak hotaa hai।
